Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Leonine Belle, we are committed to providing the best quality products and services. However, due to the nature of our product, certain policies are in place regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds may be issued under specific conditions, such as:

   • Missing items
   • Leakage or damage during transit
   • Incorrect or defective product delivery

2. Important Guidelines:
   
   

   • An unboxing video showing the package and product is mandatory for claims related to missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
   • If the package appears tampered, damaged, or defective, kindly refuse delivery on the spot and report it to us immediately.

3. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please provide:

   • Your order details
   • Relevant images and videos of the issue

4. Refunds do not include delivery charges, as these are non-refundable by our delivery partners.
   
   

5. If your claim is accepted, the refund process may take up to 15 business days from the date of approval.
   
   

6. For refunds related to undelivered orders marked as delivered, customers must contact us within 3 days of the delivery notification. No refunds will be issued after this period.

Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, opened and used products cannot be returned.

In extreme cases, such as damage during transit, missing items, or leakage, a refund or replacement may be offered upon thorough verification.

Note: Returns will not be accepted for any product once it has been opened or used.

Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
3. A gateway charge of 2.5% will be deducted for canceled orders.
